I wrote this book to serve as resource for those of you who struggle to meal plan or cook dinner on a tight budget.

These are the meal plans and recipes that I’ve developed and cook each night at home for my family of 4.

Everything I cook is BIG on flavour and low on cost- no exceptions!

As a single mum with a food budget of just $150/week and a constant need for variety (and delicious food!), I’ve had to be pretty creative.

Think of this book as a budget DIY meal kit alternative- all you need to do is choose a meal plan, shop the grocery list and follow the recipes for each night of the week.
